What is Earthon’s return policy?
If you have received a damaged or unsatisfactory product, you can get a replacement within 7-15 days of delivery at no extra cost. Such products need to be returned in the original condition you had received them.
Returns cannot be accepted in case it is used or tampered with its UPC numbers.
How do I return a product for a new replacement?
For replacement, notify us with reasons for the replacement. Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. On valid return requests, we will send you a new replacement within 15 days at no extra cost.
